Job Overview:

Primary Job Duties:
- Management of the entire store & warehouse operations.
- Responsible for customer & associate satisfaction.
- Support and respond to customer complaints or inquiries.
- Ensure & execute safety, security, quality, store operations policies, procedures practices and programs.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventory.
- Ensure that all prices are up to date in inventory.
- Daily walk around to check inventory levels, maintain inventory requirements.
- Meet and work with vendors.
- Purchase and stock inventory items.
- Check and approve invoices from vendors, keep a log of invoices paid and not paid.
- Maintain a stocking inventory of all gases for yard, trucks and walk in customers.
- Organize count and prepare gases for shipping.
- Support outside sales requests, quote & sell customers calling in for items.
- Ensure store & yard is clean, safe and organized.
- Work directly with the back office on inventory, invoicing and payable.
- Responsible for helping to pull hardgoods for the drivers on a daily basis.
- Work with all company personnel in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork
- Implement company policies and initiatives.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with co-workers and customers.
- Able to handle high stress situations if needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
- Follow company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
- Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Perform any duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience.
- Superb administrative writing, reporting, scheduling, organizational, time management and presentation skills.
- Able to pass 7-year criminal background check.
